    2. Opening Hours and Availability

    Our standard operational hours are:

       

        • Monday – Thursday: 16:00 – 20:00

        • Friday – Sunday: 12:00 – 21:00

      While we strive to remain open and fulfill orders during these stated hours, operational times are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen events, public holidays, staff availability, or severe weather conditions. We reserve the right to pause online ordering temporarily if our kitchen reaches maximum capacity, ensuring that all accepted orders meet our high-quality standards.

      3. Pricing and Taxes

      All prices displayed on the On A Roll webshop are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of the mandatory Danish Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable local taxes.

         

          • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust our prices from day to day without prior consent or notice, reflecting changes in ingredient costs or market conditions.

          • Errors and Omissions: Reservations are made for obvious typographical errors, pricing errors, and sold-out items. If an order is placed for an item with an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

          • Discounts: Special discounts, promotional codes, and offers are strictly indicative. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any offers from the website at our discretion. Final order totals, including potential delivery fees or applied discounts, are calculated at checkout.

        4. Payment Terms

        To ensure a seamless and efficient takeaway process, Vibecast ApS accepts the following secure payment methods: VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and direct Bank Transfer.

        Immediate Payment Capture: Because we are a restaurant providing perishable goods for immediate consumption (same-day pickup or delivery), we capture payments immediately upon order confirmation. This is to reduce the risk of fraudulent orders, cancellations after preparation has begun, or no-shows. Alternative payment agreements for large catering orders or B2B clients may be established on a case-by-case basis by contacting us directly.

        5. Delivery and In-Store Pickup

        We offer both delivery and in-store pickup options for our customers.

           

            • Delivery Zone: We exclusively ship and deliver within Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.

            • Delivery Fees: Shipping costs for takeaway orders start at DKK 49. This fee may increase based on the exact distance from our restaurant in Amager to your delivery address and the overall size of the order. Goods will be delivered to the exact address specified during the checkout process. For custom catering deliveries outside our standard zone, please contact us by phone to arrange logistics.

            • Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order directly from our restaurant at Bremensgade 3, 2300 Copenhagen S. The risk and responsibility for the food transfer to you the moment you collect your order.

          6. Age Restrictions for Alcohol

          According to Danish law, strict age restrictions apply to the purchase of alcoholic beverages:

             

              • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol with an ABV above 16.50%.

              • You must be at least 16 years old to purchase alcohol with an ABV below 16.50% (such as standard beers and certain wines). By adding alcoholic beverages to your cart, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements. Our staff and delivery personnel reserve the right to request valid photo identification (such as a driver’s license or passport) as proof of age upon pickup or delivery. If valid ID cannot be presented, we will withhold the alcoholic beverages and issue a partial refund.

            7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

            Vibecast ApS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our webshop. Furthermore, we are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, traffic accidents, supplier failures, power outages, strikes, or government restrictions

            8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

            These Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or goods, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the webshop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
